Welcome, The Space Between Counselling service provides a space to explore what may be causing you difficulty, harm or distress in your daily life.

There may be a space between where you are now and where you want to be.

I offer counselling & psychotherapy from bright, welcoming therapy rooms based at the Horam Healthcare Clinic and The Wilbury Clinic, Hove. I can also offer a limited number of online spaces.

I offer both individual (for ages 11+) and relationship counselling & psychotherapy which can be short term or long term depending on your goals for therapy. Everything we do together is clearly contracted.

Alongside my private work, I am currently Lead Practitioner for a charity named As You Are based in Southwick, and a member of the BBC Children in Need South Advisory Committee. I work with a number of organisations valuing partnership and promoting equity of access to services.
